LSD Sport Relief Update!

Sport Relief night is fast approaching! LSD in conjunction with the 'Nuns' from Ryman, Robert Dyas and Boux Avenue completed unique underwater miles in our pool on our specially adapted turbo-trainer bikes! See the video here:

Final Preparations for the LSD/Ryman Underwater Mile!

Final preparations are being made for the LSD/Ryman Underwater Mile!!! The bikes and turbo trainers are undergoing their 'underwater-worthiness' tests and the full schedule of riders is now in place!

We are looking forward to welcoming the 'Ryman Nuns' together with many of their colleagues in some crazy fancy dress - this should be a spectacle indeed!
