LSD Open Day Final Schedule!

So, here's the line up for the LSD Open Day THIS Saturday!!!

LSD Open Day 12th October

London School of Diving and Mike’s London Dive Shop would like to invite you to our ANNUAL OPEN DAY on 12th October 2013

Our doors will open from 9am and we will be offering a range of activities and topics. Some of the UK's top dive travel companies will be here, dive personalities, photo geeks, PADI Celebrities, latest dive gadgets, and an amazing range of dive equipment for you to try!

We are very lucky this year to be having a 'Fiji Theme' and Tourism Fiji will be attending with their warriors who will conduct kava ceremonies and traditional dance throughout the day. There will also be representation from Matava Eco Resort (Kadavu, Fiji) which is the destination LSD is looking at for the New Year 2015 holiday!

LSD launches First Aid app on iTunes!


LSD's brand new First Aid app, Emergency First Response, is now available on the Apple iTunes Store!

There will be EFR experts on hand at the LSD Open Day on the 12th October to discuss/demonstrate first aid techniques.

Miss Scuba UK coming to LSD!

London School of Diving is pleased that Miss Scuba UK has chosen our dive school to conduct their initial scuba experiences! You can find out more about the competition here:

About Miss Scuba UK

Miss Scuba UK is an annual Beauty pageant, which this year. The competition will take place over 5 days at the Mid of August. The competition will consist of 4 days dive training for the 20 Miss Scuba finalists, followed by a beauty pageant on day 5. Throughout the week, we will run various activities involving the pageant contestants, including beach cleanups and talks from industry professionals. The winning UK contestant will gain a place in the Miss Scuba International pageant, which is to be held at KotaKinabalu, Sabah , Malaysia (BorneoIsland) . In addition to this, all 10 UK finalist will gain a PADI open water Scuba Diving certificate.

Mission and Aim

The mission of Miss Scuba UK is to promote safe diving practices through worldwide professional training organisations, and elevate international tourism and cultural appreciation.
